This is a Parthian Bull Plaque 3rd century B.C.-2nd century A.D. A rectangular bone plaque with a low-relief profile figure of a bull in a raised border. Provenance: Property of a London lady, part of her family's Swiss collection; formerly acquired in the 1980s. The artefact is in very fine condition and measures 32mm x 31mm.
