This is a Bronze Age Decorated Vessel, 2nd millennium B.C. A bulbous ceramic jar with rounded base, broad band of impressed chevron detail to the shoulder, low neck and flared mouth. Provenance: Property of a Suffolk collector; formerly acquired on the European art market in the 1990s. The artefact is in very fine condition and 112mm tall x 128mm diameter
