This is an Indus Valley Ceramic Bowl, 3300-1300 BC. It is a globular cream-coloured bowl with flat footed base with an everted rim, painted with geometric and stylised motifs. Provenance: Acquired 1990s-early 2000s. East Anglian private collection. The artefact is in good condition (chip to the rim, excavated condition) and measures 62mm tall x 108mm in diameter.
