This is a Nepalese patinated metal statuette of Buddha, 19th century. A statuette of Buddha with pendulous earlobes, the hair is in tight curls and seated in a meditative posture on a lotus throne. Provenance: ex-Surrey Ethnographical Collection. The artefact is in fine condition and measures 116mm tall.
