This is an Islamic Glazed Glass Jug, 11th-12th century A.D. A glass jug with slightly flared rim; sloping body with blue and white vertical stripes; collar to the lower section; D-section handle to the rim and collar and a small ring base. Provenance: Property of a Canadian lady; acquired 1970s-1990s. The artefact is in very fine condition and measures 70mm (2 3/4") tall.
