This is an Ancient Egyptian, Late Dynastic to Ptolemaic Period Seated Isis, c. 664-30 B.C. A blue/green glazed clay shabti wearing a wig and false beard with the arms folded in front and holding a pick and hoe. Provenance: ex-Hampshire Family Archaeology Collection acquired between 1980-2000. The artefact is in fine condition, complete and measures 103mm tall.
