This is a Scythian Socketted Arrowhead, c. 750 - 350 B.C. A copper-alloy socketted arrowhead with broadly leaf-shaped head, with a medial rib and a fixing pin. Provenance: Acquired in the 1980s-1990s. Previously with Mansour Gallery, London W1. Property of a North West London gentleman. The artefact is in fine condition and measures 94mm long.
