This is a large Anglo-Saxon White Metal/Silver Ring, c. 7th – 8th century A.D. A large hair ring, round cross-section and with two spiral terminals. Provenance: Private Collection, Somerset collected prior to 1960s. The artefact is in very fine condition and measures 35mm diameter.
