This is an Ancient Egyptian Amulet of Anubis, 1189 B.C. to 1077 B.C., 20th Dynasty. The jackal-headed god striding, with ears erect, hands clenched at sides, wearing kilt and pierced for suspension. Provenance: ex-J.D.R. Fryer Collection UK. The artefact is in fine condition (front part of the head is missing) and measures 66mm tall.
