This is a Parthian Goat Plaque 3rd century B.C.-2nd century A.D. A rectangular bone plaque with a low-relief profile figure of a goat wearing a colar set within a border. Provenance: Property of a London lady, part of her family's Swiss collection; formerly acquired in the 1980s. The artefact is in fine condition and measures 32mm x 29mm.
