This is a Bronze Bangle, Iron Age II (c. 1000–c. 800/750 BC), from Kermanshah, Western Persia. Centred by a lug, the bangle is chased with traces of line and dot decoration with elements of verdigris patination. Provenance: From an old Derby collection; acquired before 1990. The artefact is in very fine condition and measures 85mm in diameter.
