This is an Ancient Greek Bow Brooch, 4th-2nd century B.C. A bronze 'hand-and-arm' type bow brooch with a segmented bow and recurved catch. Provenance: From a private collection formed in the Netherlands; previously in a European collection formed prior to 1980. The artefact is in fine condition (pin missing) and measures 42mm long.
