This is an Ancient Greek Bow Brooch, 4th-2nd century B.C. A bronze bow brooch with a recurved catch and repaired in antiquity with a wire pin. Provenance: From a private collection formed in the Netherlands; previously in a European collection formed prior to 1980. The artefact is in fine condition complete with the pin and measures 54mm long.
