This is a Hellenistic Pottery Oil Lamp, 3rd-2nd Century B.C. A Hellenistic terracotta oil lamp with a round body, a sall handle to the side, tall ring foot and a “doughnut” shapped discus around the fill-hole. Provenance: from an old Edinburgh Archaeological Collection. The artefact is in very fine condition (some wear to the glaze) and measures 88mm long x 65mm wide x 43mm tall.
