This is an Early Anglo-Saxon Pottery Bowl, c. 6th Century A.D. A squat clay bowl with everted rim, a linear decoration around the body and the underside and rounded base. Excavated in Suffolk. Provenance: ex-Amanda Barrie Collection. The artefact is in fine condition (crack on one side) and measures 75mm tall x 118mm in diameter.
