This is a Pre-Columbian Ceramic Spindlewhorl Group, 1st millennium AD. A group of five biconical whorls, each with radiating line detail to each face, raised rib to the equator. They were found in Chiapas, Mexico, near the Temple of Instruction in 1950. Provenance: Ex Gill collection, Lancashire, UK. The artefacts are in very fine condition and measures 20-22mm.
