Pre-Columbian Costa Rica Pottery Vessel, c. 700 - 900 A.D. A gently curved-bottomed red clay vessel with straight sides, mineral evidence and with a trace of red line decoration running around the body. Provenance: from an old Carmarthen Collection acquired prior to 1930. The bowl has been repaired but is complete and measures 117mm tall x 165mm diameter.
