This is a Romano-British Dipper Cup, c. 2nd century A.D. A small greyware cup with a bulbous body, raised foot, flared rim and loop handle. Provenance: From an old Canterbury collection formed in the early-20th Century. The artefact in fine condition (slight chipping to the rim) and measures 73mm across the handle x 40mm tall.
