Original drawing, in pencil. From a sketchbook of "life" class figure studies.
Signed indistinctly bottom right corner; from a collection of "life" drawings by the same hand. (I have not researched the artist). The drawings were done in the period 1950-1952.
Paper size: 38cm x 28cm (11 inches x 15 inches)
A very nice quality drawing on thick, wove paper. Condition is generally good, but there some minor defects: drawing-pin holes in the far corners, surface abrasions to the paper, various handling defects and some slight foxing (tiny brown spots) entirely commensurate with age.
