This is a museum quality reproduction of a Saber tooth from the large cat Smilodon gracilis from the Early Pleistocene. The original specimen came from the Leisey Shell Pit, Hillsborough Co. Florida. Certain fossils are just too costly and some are one-of-a-kind specimens that can only be viewed at museums. The replica tooth measures 165mm x 33mm x 15mm thick.
