This is a museum quality reproduction of a Stylemus nebrascaensis Turtle from the Oligoncene period (30-33 million years old) of the White River Formation, Converse County, Wyoming, U.S.A. The Stylemus was a land tortoise. Certain fossils are just too costly and some are one-of-a-kind specimens that can only be viewed at museums. This fossil reproduction is a taken directly from the actual fossil. The specimen measures 125mm long x 102mm wide x 48mm tall.
